By accessing or using PhoneShotter ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to all of the terms, you may not access or use the Service. PhoneShotter is operated by Portal Fox.

2. Description of Service

PhoneShotter is a web-based utility that allows users to overlay screenshot images onto realistic device mockup frames for presentations, slides, and promotional assets. The Service is provided free of charge and as-is.

3. Use License & Guidelines

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for commercial or personal purposes. Under this license, you agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful or unauthorized purposes.
• Attempt to decompile, reverse-engineer, or systematically scrape the Service code or assets.
• Redistribute or white-label the Service generator tools without prior written consent.
• Upload screenshots containing offensive, illegal, or abusive material.

4. Intellectual Property

User Content: Portal Fox does not claim ownership of the screenshots you upload or the generated mockups. All screenshots are processed entirely in your web browser (client-side) and are not uploaded to our servers.

Device Trademarks: Device frames and branding (including Apple iPhone, Samsung Galaxy, iPad, MacBook, etc.) are the trademarks and copyright of their respective manufacturers. PhoneShotter is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Apple Inc., Samsung Electronics, or any other manufacturer. Mockups are provided for presentation demonstration purposes under fair use.

5. Disclaimer & Warranty

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. PORTAL FOX DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

6. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL PORTAL FOX, ITS DIRECTORS, OR ITS CONTRIBUTORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF THE SERVICE.
